Getting Started

There are two stages where you might want to update your job to be sent to multiple address.

1. At the quoting stage before you have placed your order
2. When your order is already in progress

Note: We highly recommend this is done at the quoting stage, it cannot be done at your end if your order has already been placed. If you already have a J0XXXX number, you need to contact your Account Manager to update. Shipping costs might also change depending on where the job is to be delivered.

Updating your quote (Before you have placed an order)

1. Create your quote as per usual. See Creating a Quote
2. On your Checkout page, scroll to the Delivery section and click the Multiple tab.

3. Under Step 1, choose your first delivery address and contact from the drop-down lists. If the options you need are not on the list, click the + symbol next to the dropdown to add a new one.

Enter your new delivery details ensuring that you do not leave any of the mandatory fields empty. You can even select whether or not you want the system to remember this address so it is selectable next time.

Tip: You can also click into the text field next to the Location Icon (Top), start typing your address and Google will auto-fill the correct address details.

Click Save and Close. Repeat the above steps for adding a new Contact as well.

4. Under Step 2, you need to tell us how many of your printed item are going to this first address.  On the right side, you will see the total quantity you are printing, input how many you want to deliver to address 1 in the Delivery Quantity box.

5. Under Step 3, choose whether you want this first delivery sent via Courier or Freight as per usual. You might want to click between the two to see what you want to pay.

On the right side, if you want to add a courier note, pop that in there.

Note: Please do not put your split delivery information in here instead of doing the above process, these notes go straight to the courier/freight companies and are not seen by our despatch team. Ideal notes would be "Leave at back door if no answer at front"

Click Add Delivery.

Now if you look at the screen, a Courier/Freight entry has been added underneath the Add Delivery button. And under Step 2, you can see that the units to be allocated have been depleted.

You will need to scroll back up and repeat the above steps to allocate the full amount of your print quantity to it's own despatch.

When you have allocated all of your units, you will see Steps 1-3 have disappeared and you will have the multiple courier/freight details listed instead. Click the Pencil icon to edit any of these, or the X icon to delete. Just know, if you delete any one of them, you do have to re-allocate those units to another delivery.

You can now scroll down and place your order as per usual.
