Tracking the Status of Your Order

This guide is for end user customers & network partners only.
If you are a staff member based at our Grenada North production hub or,
one of our Corporate Studios, you will need to login to view our internal User Guide here.

In this article, we'll show you how you can monitor the status of your job and any other useful information you can get from your Orders page.

Job Status

Navigate yourself to the Orders tab on the Menu bar. From here you can see all orders in progress and previously completed jobs.

Each job has a coloured status bar running under the thumbnail - this might be orange, green or red depending on the job status.

If you run your cursor along this bar, a status will appear showing you how far your job is through the production stages. See below examples.

    


Job Details
To get a broader look at your job details, click More Details. 

Here you can see Job Status, Details, Artwork, Invoice and Original Quote. 



If you scroll further down, you can see if (or when) your order was despatched.
