Replacing Artwork after Passing Preflight & Approving Proof

In this article, we've quickly outlined what should happen should you need to change your file AFTER you have approved the PDF Soft proof.

Replacing Artwork after Passing Preflight & Approving Proof

For all intents and purposes once you have uploaded your file, it has passed preflight, and the proof has been approved, the file should not require any changes. At this point, the file is set to go to print and may already be in the production process. 

However, should you realise that you need to change your file, like for example, an older version of your file was submitted to us, or a last minute change has occured, you can't make that update at your end. So please get in touch with your account manager as soon as possible with the job number. They will try their utmost to track and update the job, but if the job is already in production we will no longer be able to make any changes. 

It is your responsibility to ensure the all files uploaded are final and ready to print.
