Paying for my Job

Introduction

This guide is for end user customers & network partners only.
If you are a staff member based at our Grenada North production hub or,
one of our Corporate Studios, you will need to login to view our internal User Guide here.

This article takes you through the payment process when placing an order in our online portal along with what payment options we have. 

At this point in the process, you would have already clicked Place Order on a quote.

Payment Process

If you are on credit terms with us you will be directed to an Artwork Upload page right away after accepting a quote and an invoice will be sent to you at a later date. 

If you do not have credit terms with us, you are required to pay for a job before the job is started. To tell what your terms are, see the Payment Terms section of your  Quote Summary:



After clicking Place Order, you will be prompted by the below payment screen.

You can choose whether you would like to pay via Direct Deposit or Credit (Debit) Card.



Direct Deposit

Direct Deposit will generate an invoice automatically and email this to you after you click Proceed. You will need to follow the prompts in your email to complete payment.



You will then be directed to an Artwork Upload page where you can submit your files for print.

Note: If you choose this method your job will remain on status Awaiting Payment until the money is in our bank account and payment has been reconciled (usually the following morning) after which point, it will automatically progress the job to the next stage. (For payments questions please email your Account Manager)


Credit Card 

(Debit Cards are also accepted here)
This is the recommended method of payment as it is quicker to action.

Enter your card details and click Submit to proceed. You will be charged and an invoice generated automatically.



Next step

Once payment has been made, you will be directed to an Artwork Upload page where you can submit your print files. See Uploading your Artwork (While placing order)
