Introduction

If you require an update to a quote, there are a couple of ways this can be done.

First, our team can do this for you. For more information, see Requesting a Quote (RFQ)

Otherwise, you can update this yourself.

If you have your quote open already, great. If not, go to the View Quotes Board to locate it (Quoting > View Quotes).

When you locate the quote in your list, check the Status in the far right column. If your quote status is one of the below, you can make updates to it:

- In Process
- Printed
- Awaiting Approval
- Awaiting Acceptance

If the status is Accepted or Rejected, this quote can no longer be updated and you will need to either create a new one or get our estimating team to do this for you. See Requesting a Quote (RFQ)

Click on the Q0XXXXX number in the left side column to open your quote up to the Order Details page.

On this page, you can change a few details like Delivery, Proof Contact etc - for more information on how to do this see Checkout (Order Details) section of Creating a Quote

Updating Quote Title only

If you'd like to change the product/quote title only, which will carry through to your Order and Invoice, click the Pencil icon on the Order Details page - then select Edit Title.

Make your title change and click Save and Close.

Your changes will update on the Order Details screen.

Updating Print Specifications & Title

If you require changes to the actual print specifications like; stock, page count, colour processes etc, you will need to do so now.

Tip: Please be thorough with checking your artwork matches your print specifications before you click Place Order.
It is harder to change once your job is already in production and your artwork may not pass preflight.

Click the Pencil icon on the Order Details page - then select Edit Product.

This will take you back to the original quote/product screen with the drop-down options where the quote was first created.

Update your selections, quantities or title and click Get Price.

Note: Your original quantities will need to be added back in again.

Make sure any Additional Info questions have been answered. Click Checkout to save.

This will NOT place the order for you, just saves the quote.

Do you want to place this order now?

At this point you will need to decide whether you would like to convert this quote into an order now, or come back to it at a later date.

To come back later, just close the tab/window. Your quote will be saved on the quotes board which can be accessed under Quoting on the menu bar.
For more information see Quotes: View Quotes Board

To place the order, click Place Order on the bottom right. For information on how to proceed past this point, see Placing an Order
