Logging In, Update Details & Change Password

This guide is for end user customers & network partners only.
If you are a staff member based at our Grenada North production hub or,
If you can't login, please contact the Online Solutions Team.
Logging in
If you have not been sent any login details, please get in contact with your account manager to get set up.
If you have a username and password but are having trouble logging in, you can either click Forgot Password? on the login page or, leave us a message in the chat module at the bottom of your screen - we are online during normal business hours.
Once you are setup, simply enter your Username and Password on the login page and click Sign In to continue.
Changing your password
To change your password, you must first be logged in. Click your username in the top right corner and choose Change Password.
You will need to enter your existing password and then a new one. Once done, click Change Password.
Update your details
You can update your contact name and email address within the portal. To update, click your username in the top right corner and choose Update My Profile.
Here, you can change your details as well as choose a Default Dashboard and Simplified Layout as well. These are not absolutely necessary, but as you become more familiar with the system, you might like to customise your view a little.
Info: You cannot change your Username here, that needs to be done by one of our staff members so please, get in touch.
